We had the best experience from start to end. Justine was very professional and easygoing and helped us choose our best JD. He offered us a different JD, cheaper at $2500, from the one we chose first. Their goal is to help customers and not run after profit. The delivery was exactly in 7 days as promised. Finally, I got my Cat delivered. I have been waiting for two weeks for delivery, and communication with the driver was a little poor. But in the end, everything was good. They also compensated me with $300 for the delay. We are happy now.

First, I think I was taken. I was buying a Kubota B26. First, it was promised to be delivered Nov. 1st, then the 3rd, and I am still waiting.

I had a mixed experience with Mace Equipment Co. Their product quality and staff expertise were great. However, delivery was delayed by nearly three weeks, causing business issues, and communication about the delay was poor. While I’d use their services again for quality, I hope for better delivery timelines and updates. Three stars.
